Brilliance

Our family have lived in Richmond for over 50 years, so it was time to sell our family home, the first thing we had to do was find a agent to sell our home, and after sifting through the internet we discovered Biggin and Scott, we sat down together and discussed strategies, and they were a clear winner. our reasons for choosing Edward Hobbs was that he was straight forward, and down the line, the market knowledge, communication, professionalism, credibility and courageous approach not to mention negotiation skills were second to none. As this was a very stressful time for us they made it as easy as sitting down and having a cup of coffee. In addition Edward kept us in the loop at every turn, and was informative from start to finish no hidden surprises. On the day of the auction Biggin and Scott rose to the occasion and delivered the sale price required, I would recommend Edward Hobbs to anyone hoping to have a stress free and trusting experience. This is honestly the greatest realestate team I have ever seen.
