As we had lived in St kilda for many, many years and kept an eye on the property market we have often run into Claudio who was always ready to chat and give us information on what was going in the market which was important when we bought another property in St kilda in the future. So understandably when we decided to sell one of our properties recently we didn’t hesitate to ask Claudio to do it for us. This particular property was a difficult one.
