I met Michael as a result of an introduction by JohnClarkson a trusted lifelong friend. John is a RealEstateAgent himself. I met with Michael and elected to go with him. Quickly he was out of the blocks announcing he had two possibly three groups from his data base that would be interested in the property. I honestly thought here we go this is all too quick, I thought he hasn’t listened to me at all and I am going to be put through this nonsensical sales rigamaroll. Apologise Michael everything you said was done and correct, and professionally so. I was kept up to date ,phone calls were made and returned, the property which I would have been very happy to return to the rental market quickly sold.
