"Selling a house could be a nerve-wrecking decision for the owner but we were impressed how professionally Biggin & Scott Wyndham City handled the entire sale for us. The house was sold within few weeks of listing, ahead of the Auction day (which was such a big relief!). Romy Gakhar and his team - cannot thank you enough for all the hardwork went behind this sale. Romy was always there to guide us, help us, answer our endless queries, and visit us anytime when we were setting the property up for sale. The inspections were a cake-walk where we did not have to think anything beyond just dropping the keys with Romy - he took care of the rest. And the sale closure was committed with a quicker settlement - we couldn't have asked more. Anyone interested please contact Biggin & Scott Wyndham City anytime if you are planning to get into the property market." - 45 Bridgewater Way, Truganina

Hi Sam, It has been a great pleasure to have done business with you in the last couple of months. We have been searching to buy a good family home and you went out of your way in finding us the best home meeting all our family needs. Based on your exemplary skills in real estate and pleasing personality, we decided to sell our property through Biggin & Scott. Once again you exceeded our expectations by selling the property in less than 4 weeks and clinching the deal with the buyer at a favorable price putting our interests far above your own. This alone sets you apart from all other real estate agents in Wyndham area. The most outstanding quality of yours is your patience and not forcing us to make a decision, rather placing only the facts in order for us to make the decision. You and your team displayed utmost professionalism and very prompt in your reply to messages and calls. You are now deemed as one of our family members in recognition of your humility and integrity in all your deeds. I cannot envision anyone to have done a better job than you and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. FYI, I have already spread the good word about you to all my friends. Many Thanks once again for all your fantastic efforts and wish you the very best in all your future endeavors. Best Regards. Leela & Ganapathy

Buying with Sam was a very easy process and stress-free. Being a first home buyer, it was daunting and quite scary so I was unsure what I needed to do and what was involved. Sam lead me step by step along the way and ensured I had all my questions answered. I would recommend this agent to anyone looking to buy, or sell.
