My property has been well managed for more than 5 years.
Mel and Maryanne are excellent communicators with a professional approach to their work. They look after the interests of two parties who see things from different perspectives and don't always agree on the way forward. Mel and Maryanne are very fair in their approach and are skilled at finding resolutions that are in the best interests of both parties. They demonstrate good attention to detail, and its a pleasure to work them. I have confidence as a landlord that my property is in good hands and will continue to be well managed.

Reliable and trouble free service
Mel Slade at Bill Wyndham and Co set up the rental/lease of our country cottage at Eagle Point pre-Covid. In the two and a half years since - the young couple (first time renters) Mel recommended - have proven excellent tenants. The work Ms Slade did upfront in checking our tenants bona fides has certainly paid dividends with a trouble free rental thus far. Mel Slade is a good communicator and smooth operator who provides us stress free property management.

Mel and Maryanne contact the landlord of the property only when they think it is necessary and advise an answer to the situation as we are first time landlords. They send pictures once the property has been inspected regularly with notes if they think it is necessary to follow up
