In a nutshell Michael and Casey from Bill Wyndham Real Estate Agents delivered on their promise
We had been contracted to another local agent for over four years with no success and very few prospects. We found communication to be poor and promises made not fulfilled. Late December 2017 we received a letter from Bill Wyndham Real Estate inviting us to have a catch up with them to discuss our property. After some checking we contacted Michael and Casey and made an appointment. When Michael and Casey came to visit we were very sceptical about their promises however they assured us they were able to sell our property. we decided to give them a go, to our delight within a month they sold our home to a buyer that had previously viewed it! with the other agent We were very happy with the price attained, as previously with the other agent we had been offered very low price and they were unable to get us the price attained by Michael and Casey Michael and Casey told us they would look after us and they did. They fulfilled all that they promised and it was a delightful working with them . We have no hesitation in recommending Michael and Casey from Bill Wyndham Real Estate Bairnsdale, we wish we had met them much earlier.
