A genuine & professional agent who exceeded our expectations.
Putting our much loved holiday house in an agents hand was always going to be tricky. We've had bad experiences in the past with agents as both a vendor and buyer and wanted a genuine agent who would be as enthusiastic about our property as we were. Casey was always supportive and helpful with information regarding her sales strategy.
When I approached Casey she visited with a colleague and together we discussed how she would approach the work of selling my property. This gave me confidence that she would be attentive to the market and that she would be proactive if there was a need to take a different approach at any time during the period the house was on the market. Casey was very thoughtful and respectful of my concerns whenever I needed reassurance. Casey was also very professional but her sense of humour and kindness were invaluable to me. She was impeccable about time and any commitments she made in carrying out all aspects of selling the property. Casey made what can be a stressful experience as good as it gets and I have no hesitation in recommending her.
