Awesome Agent

Great Agent!!
I would recommend Pete to anyone wishing to sell their property. He was always positive, easy to contact ( even when he was on holidays!) and patient when things did not go smoothly. He gave good advice but always listened to us and he made a noticeable effort to present the property promptly to any possible buyers.

Sale of property
Peter Francis provided a well structured strategy for the sale of our property. He was always punctual and well prepared for our meetings and open homes. His advice and guidance was welcomed by us as this was the first time we had sold real estate. We had a signed contract after 4 weeks on the market. Fantastic Experience
Peter was recommended to me by a mutual friend. Not long after contacting Peter I discovered he was acting as agent for a work colleague who also had no issue giving his recommendation. From start to finish Peter is a consummate professional, showing both his knowledge of the housing market and his deep understanding of the psychology of the buyer. Peter was very quickly able to identify our target demographic and designed a marketing approach to suit. Ultimately, the results speak for themselves by having a contract signed within two weeks of listing and achieving a sale price in the range we were aiming for.
