Jack Doyle recently sold our house for us. We have lived in the same house for 35 years, so we were very nervous about the whole business. Jack was wonderful to work with. He patiently explained the whole process, the way he had arrived at a suggested price, the risks and benefits of the auction process, and what we needed to focus on at every stage of the project. When the house was listed and receiving interest and later offers, he kept us completely informed of everything. Once again he patiently went through the reasons to choose to accept or reject each pre-auction offer. When it came to the actual auction he was constantly updating us. We were delighted with the price we received. Jack went over and above what was required, even offering to mow the lawn when we were away. We are very grateful for his kindness and concern.
