Makes the Buying process less stressful!
We contacted Matt in a very stressful time of our personal lives, dealing with family loss and the continuing saga of trying to find the perfect home. Matt was professional, friendly and punctual. He made the process very easy and always took the time to keep in touch making sure there were no issues. We needed a quick turn around with settlement and he helped make that possible. We could not have asked for a better agent to deal with! Even my little boys loved him. Thank you Matt, you and your team are awesome!

Delighted with Jack's work on our sale
Jack Doyle recently sold our house for us. We have lived in the same house for 35 years, so we were very nervous about the whole business. Jack was wonderful to work with. He patiently explained the whole process, the way he had arrived at a suggested price, the risks and benefits of the auction process, and what we needed to focus on at every stage of the project. When the house was listed and receiving interest and later offers, he kept us completely informed of everything. Once again he patiently went through the reasons to choose to accept or reject each pre-auction offer. When it came to the actual auction he was constantly updating us. We were delighted with the price we received. Jack went over and above what was required, even offering to mow the lawn when we were away. We are very grateful for his kindness and concern. We would be happy to recommend him to anyone selling a house in Canberra.

Refreshing honesty
