There are RE agents, and RE agents. Selling a property is much more than finding a buyer. Pat is the best. She went out of her way to help us with the purchase. We attended the property a couple of times before settlement to take some measurements etc. Pat always made herself and the property available for inspection. We looked at several properties before finding one to suit our needs. Pat was extremely patient in dealing with two difficult buyers. She worked hard for the seller. The property was not well presented making her job somewhat difficult. It was possibly a hard sale for Pat. I feel that she earned every bit of her commission. I would strongly recommend her to any seller and/or buyer. She will put in the "hard yards" for you.
