Pat helped both vendor and buyer work through the process and was ever helpful in sorting out the smallest of details. We felt that Pat was very much a team player - whilst working for the vendor she was completely aware that the sales process needed all parties to be aligned and worked towards helping achieve that outcome. We never felt that her role or involvement was skewed in favour of the vendor at our expense. I’d be happy to use Pat as my agent or buy from her again in the future and would gladly recommend her.

The most important things that we were looking for in a real estate agent is honesty, a good knowledge of the radically changing market, being able to communicate well to us and respect ourselves and our property. Pat Jameson was engaged as our agent, because she exceeds all of these qualities. She gave us an honest down-to-earth appraisal of our property, showing admiration for all the work we had done. She communicated each stage of the process to us, ensuring that we were available for various appointments such as photography, etc. She was also available to us any time of the day, night, weekend. She flagged potential issues that could arise in the current climate. The house went on the market less than a week after photographs and video were edited and was presented excellently by Pat’s marketing team, in consultation with us. 3 to 4 weeks later, we accepted an offer that hit the top end of her valuation target. Pat’s attitude reflects her extensive knowledge of the industry and her confidence in selling houses.Placing our trust in her professionalism and her personal warmth and respect for us was definitely the right decision.
