Jess provided very good advice and answers to our questions. She was very available, responsive and understanding. She made it feel like it was no trouble to talk with us even when I know she was working hard fielding multiple calls and accommodating buyers' preferences across multiple properties. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her, for both us (the vendor) and the purchaser.
