I have known Jess prior to approaching her about what my property might be worth in the present market and as Blackshaws were also handling the management of my unit I decided to keep everything under the one umbrella so to speak and approached Jess. As I expected Jess was very enthusiastic about the suggestion and promptly arranged to view the property and give a fair market value. This pleasantly exceeded my expectations but this was obviously accurate given the significant interest in the property. Jess has been fantastic with maintaining great communication throughout the negotiations both with myself and my conveyancer which has ensured that I knew what was happening every step of the way and we were able to have a number of frank and open discussions about issues that arose during the sale. Again Jess went well beyond what I was expecting but hoping for in terms of service and openness and can't thank her enough. Jess did not oversell anything to me at any stage and by achieving the mid point of the hoped for price confirmed that she is one of the best agents I have worked with. I would highly recommend Jess and the company to any prospective clients.
