A Consummate Professional

We bought and sold our properties from Thom--with about 14 years in between. As a buyer, I remember his warmth, confidence and humour. We spoke to several agents when we were finally ready to move. Some pressured us to make extensive renovations that we didn't think were advisable in the current market. As we now live interstate, Thom managed the entire process excellently. The tradies he recommended did a great job at very fair prices. He communicated with us constantly. We never wondered what was happening at any point in the process. Ultimately, I'd like to say that the house sold itself. But, given that I've been on the Buyer end of Thom's transactions, I'm very sure it was (again) his kindness and confidence that encouraged the buyers to make their very best offer. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Thom to anyone looking for an agent.
