Sold the house for a great price and in a short time frame, what more is there to say.

Adam made the whole process in selling the property as simple as anything. He and Kiri were able to proactively help get the property ready for sale. They communicated well through the whole process and followed up after each open home with quality information. Overall, a great outcome, and I'd happily use them again in the future.

Excellent Agent

We met michael while he was selling another house in 2022 near our home. We noted his kindness, professionalism and a distinct willingness to be upfront and honest to us, as a young family, complete strangers and prospective buyers of a home he was selling. He has been selling houses in the area for a very long time so he knows the market better than most, if not all other agents in the area based on my research. I come from a very established realestate family in Melbourne, and i have met my share of dodgy agents who just want a quick and easy sale. Michael is not that. If you follow Michael's advice on preparing your property for sale, it will give him the best tools he needs to get the property marketed to the right people and sold for a fair price.
