The process of selling my Nan's home has been a very emotional journey for my family and I, however Luke and Thom made it as easy as possible for us. We gave them the keys and they handled absolutely everything. They referred us to a fantastic solicitor to get the contract created, provided historical evidence to explain their proposed listing price, styled the furniture and ornaments for photos, reported about visitors to the open homes on the same day, always presented themselves well, were extremely responsive to emails and phone calls and, most importantly, they informed us rather than pressured us about tactics to attract more buyers. This all resulted in a very smooth sale during a rough period in our lives with the loss of our Nan as well as a great price in the current market.
