Unbelievable agent

I engaged Michael Braddon from Blackshaw Gungahlin to sell my home, from the very first appointment I knew he was the agent for me, very professional in every level, but it didn’t stop there, I was not keen to take my property to Auction, but Michael gave me the pros and cons and after having a sit down with him for 30 minutes prior to signing I decided Auction, the whole experience was as stress free as possible, Michael and his team were amazing, kept me updated at every stage through the campaign, then after sitting down again prior to the auction and reviewing all feedback we decided on a reserve, then at Auction there was at least 8 representatives from Blackshaws, the auctioneer Thom Erickson Lake was absolutely outstanding, we ended up with a figure over $100,000 above reserve allowing me to purchase my next dream home down the coast, I couldn’t recommend Michael and the team at Blackshaws enough. 10/10
