Thom and another agent were recommended to me, and I ultimately chose Thom because his knowledge and experience exceeded the other. I had a few hiccups along the way, as I was living in Qld. I had planned to do some landscaping and painting myself, but due to a cyclone, I wasn't able to get there. Thom stepped in and got contractors to do the work at very reasonable prices. I also had other challenges with a difficult neighbour. Throughout the whole process, Thom was in constant communication by text, email and phone calls. He even mowed the lawns himself before an open home. He ultimately sold my house at the high end of the price guide before going to auction, and we exchanged the same day as the offer came through. I found Thom to be honest and direct and can't recommend him highly enough.
