Approachable, Professional, Outstanding Market Knowledge, Excellent Communicator

I had my investment property in Amaroo leased through Blackshaw Real Estates since 2012, as I live in Sydney I relied on them to manage and look after the property, they were excellent in all regards, especially arranging tradesmen when required to do maintenance. When I decided to sell the property I asked my property manager for a recommendation of who was best qualified for the sale, I was introduced to Lou. I found Lou to be very approachable and professional, he has excellent market knowledge and is an excellent communicator. I was kept continually updated by phone, text and email during the whole process. When he inspected my property the pointed out various things that could negatively affect its value and offered suggestions as to what needed attention and how to economically address these deficiencies and also how to take the property to market for the best possible results, i.e., repair what was necessary without going overboard then Stage the property followed by an auction campaign. He was able to give me a list of tradesmen who could do the work required and I was able to obtain competitive quotes for these services. Once on the market he had ‘Open House’ at least twice a week and was able to attract quite a few groups through to inspect the property. Unfortunately the property did not sell at Auction but within 10 days Lou had a buyer for me with an offer above my asking price, ‘SOLD’. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lou to anyone wishing to sell their property.
