We interviewed 4 agents to sell our home and Alex was a standout. We've sold a few homes over the years in various markets and I knew immediately that she was the right person to execute the campaign. She brought a few things to the table that past agents have not - Firstly, she only had positive things to say where other agents saw problems and was really aligned with the direction we wanted to go in. Secondly she understands the power of marketing and brings a strong sense of authenticity and enthusiasm; if we can sense it, so can buyers. She really listened but had her own ideas and could pivot when presented with a new one. She was very patient and professional and also warm and approachable throughout the whole process. Working with Alex is a very positive experience! Alex reached about the possibility of an off market sale, and from that point she made everything feel easy and straightforward. Alex is incredibly organised and efficient and seems to juggle everything effortlessly. She’s friendly, honest and very easy to communicate with. She kept us updated throughout the process. We never felt pressured at any point, just well supported. Alex also assisted us with leasing the property in 2024 and achieved a great result then as well, so we already knew we were in good hands. Overall it was a smooth and stress free experience and highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for someone who is approachable, reliable and genuinely great to deal with.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with James. He reached out to us to see if we'd consider selling our home off market, and from that first conversation everything fell into place and was very straightforward. James is genuine, honest and just really easy to deal with. He kept us in the loop the whole way through and was always available when we had questions. During the negotiations, his advice was invaluable and gave us confidence that we were making the right decision. He even went above and beyond and attended pre settlement inspections on a Sunday to make sure everything was on track, which we really appreciated. In the end the sale was simple and stress free and we were really happy with the result. James also helped lease the property for us in 2024 and did a great job then too, so this is the second time we’ve worked with him and both times have been excellent. Would happily recommend James to anyone looking for an agent who is reliable, honest and easy to deal with.
