Sean Rogers handled our house sale making it into a very positive experience for us which we never expected. No angst, just respectful and sensitive handling. Sean used his in depth knowledge of his client list to find us a buyer very quickly. In fact exchange went through in 3 days after one private viewing - this was where his knowledge of the market and the client was outstanding. He has continued to be supportive through all the after exchange procedures leading up to settlement.

Both Sean and Megan provided me with the positive support I needed to prepare my home of 33 years for sale. They were there for me from their first visit until the Sold sign was posted on 2/8. A special thanks has to go to Megan, who was with me every step of the way. She has a 'sunny' positive way which helped me through the process - always cheerful and supportive.

Exceeding expectations from start to finish. My wife and I were cautious, had many questions from the outset and Sean was able to provide us with prompt and clear explanations that we understood from the get go. Sean's honest and no-nonsense approach resonated with us. Sean's advice and direction on the sale of our home hit the mark and reflected an intimate knowledge of the Canberra market and his experience and attention to detail showed in the refined marketing plan that Sean and his team presented, put into action. The result was our home sold at auction following the 4 week marketing campaign. In a challenging market Sean and his team were stellar in the approach planning and delivery. Highly recommended. Thanks again, B&M

The house sold pre auction for a bit less than the price expectation we were given and were hoping for which was probably due to the current market. There could have been a bit more correspondence after each open home so we could gauge interest and things people liked or didn't like about the property but overall the agent was good.
