We recently purchased a property from John, throughout the whole process he was totally open and available for our enquires, giving us confidence in purchasing through Blackwood Real Estate. John answered all of our queries promptly and made a point of ensuring we didn’t waste our money on unnecessary items. As a local he was able to assist with services and maintenance we required prior to purchase. John regularly touched base with us to make sure we were happy how things were progressing. We found him extremely honest, knowledgeable and professional. We can’t rate him highly enough!

We sold a property in Bridgetown with John Pitman as our agent. We were very happy with the job John did and have since recommended him to other people who were looking to sell in the area. John is very experienced and knowledgeable about real estate in general and properties in Bridgetown in particular. He has a great understanding of how to best market a property for sale. We felt very comfortable that John had our best interests at heart during the marketing and sale of our property. John kept us informed of the interest in our property and made himself available to the prospective purchasers at short notice. The sale of our property went through in a very short time. We were extremely pleased with the price John achieved and I believe the purchasers were also very happy. To me that is a great result due in no small part to John’s efforts. We are only too happy to recommend John Pitman to anyone wishing to sell a property in the Bridgetown area.
