I found Blaze real eastate to be extremely professional company to deal with . All communication was excellent and everything was explained well about the process of selling. I found Christian Barac to be very knowledgeable of pricing in the area and wit his strategies he wanted to try With my property and a few others of stating the online campaign on Boxing Day . My first open house was great lots of people looked through it . Christian was always punctual with appointments and was always available for phone calls and questions. The strategy we discussed in regards to the auction day paid off well for me gaining me quite a bit more than I expected to receive. Awesome job from Christian and all the team at Blaze Real Eastate and a huge thank you from me 👍 I Highly recommend and will continue to recommend Christian and Blaze to anyone that is selling their property. Also to anyone looking to purchase property as I saw how he interacted with prospective buyers also . In all a total professional. Before we put the house up for sale, we agreed to have inspections by appointment only from day one they start having an open house. We were told that the house will have two weeks of Market and then six weeks on the market. It took four weeks for the house to go on the market and four weeks for the for sale sign to go up
