Excellent service from Blaz Dejanovic and Christian Barac! Blaz, Christian and his team was always available and followed up on any questions that I had, as well as provided ongoing updates regarding open houses, feedback from buyers, etc. Despite being a smaller property, they showed the same attention to detail and aimed for the best possible result. A special mention should also be given to the ladies behind the scenes who ensured that all the finer details were attended to during the sale of my property and everything went smoothly. From start to finish Tony has been the most honest, kind and hardworking realestate agent we’ve ever come across. When we started the process of selecting an agent we focused on communication, sales approach, and were particularly interested in the agent’s own priorities and values to determine who would best represent us. After interviewing several agents we landed with Tony and Blaz from Blaze Real Estate. Sale result aside looking at purely our experience of the process, Tony and Blaz well and truely exceeded our expectations. In Tony we had someone who was authentic, transparent, proactive and professional. We felt he was genuinely invested in understanding our needs, our values, and worked incredibly hard to enable us to have the best opportunity for the sale result we were after. On top of that he was a consistent communicator providing us with the information we needed or requested at any point. In Blaz, he was collaborative, engaging, and equally transparent. Whilst he provided advice and recommendations as you would expect, at every step he sought our input in a way that felt genuine and constructive. Not only did we feel confident and comfortable in Tony and Blaz, for us more importantly we felt we could trust their advice throughout the campaign. As for the final result, we were able to sell our property for well above our reserve, which we feel is further testament to all their work.
