I did buy this unseen but the agent misrepresented the property indicating it would respond well to a paint. Asked if I would like to keep the furniture (it was rubbish, not fit for use). Looking at the agent codes of conduct she certainly misrepresented the property. Spent 2 weeks scraping filth off of the property…will not buy through Blights again and am letting everyone know.
