Helpful Professional

Michelle managed the property for some years prior to the auction. She was always business like and reliable with solving any problems arising with tenants, maintenance and rental deposits. Preparations for auction were streamlined. Timing appeared slow and the outcome a little lower than top price. Given the uncertain market, overseas tensions, banking changes and capital gains taxes the outcome was still pleasing. Michelle took all stress out of managing the property and its sale. I recommend her cheerful professionalism.
