Karen Chant is a great agent to work with

I chose Karen Chant because she was highly recommended by two people I trust who had sold their houses with her in Dubbo. I can now happily add my voice to theirs. I count myself fortunate to have chosen Karen as the agent to sell my childhood home when my mother needed to move in to aged care. Karen is expert, motivated, and – importantly for me – she was empathetic to the situation. She understood the issues involved and was able to provide great suggestions for preparing the property, as well as referring some reliable tradespeople to do the work necessary to really lift the presentation. She then sold the property quick sticks (at a price we're really happy with) to a buyer I'm pleased to be able to pass on the family home to. I couldn't be happier.
