I have been working in my capacity as a sales agent at Bob Berry Real Estate since 2004 and Director since 2016. I enjoy being part of the Dubbo community whether it is through helping people in business or volunteering. We are now operating in a global market, which entails a sophisticated targeted marketing campaign which is planned prior to each home even reaching the market. A combination of print and digital marketing with a strong buyer database that we are in constant contact with is leading to us selling properties for premium prices in half the time of the Dubbo average. We remove the stress as soon as our client signs the agreement with us. Your hard work is done and we take over to ensure we take care of everything, we communicate effectively throughout the selling process and give advice based on market feedback. Our negotiation skills are constantly evolving so we produce the best result in the market for our client. I work closely with Elle Crisp to ensure we can offer the best possible service to our clients. I have been a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 1997, and hold a Bachelor of Business from CSU.

Incredibly helpful and friendly

We had a great experience with Elle. We bought this property whilst living 6 hours away and Elle was incredibly helpful with providing extra details about the property. We needed more information regarding access and renovations to suit my husband's disability and Elle was amazing with all our extra questions and requests!
