If you are considering selling your house I would strongly recommended that you consider selling through Karen at Bob Berry! She was amazing every step of the way. When we first meet to discuss working with her she provided very helpful plans of how the process would look and a calendar outline of proposed open homes. It was clear from the start that she has excellent industry knowledge and has a finger on the pulse of the real estate market in Dubbo. Karen provided lots of tips on how to get the house looking its best for sale. She ensured that high quality photos and videos were taken for marketing purpose and took lots of time making sure it was perfect. Throughout the sale process she continued to be amazing, with frequent progress reports and check ins. I particularly like that she ran a 'sneak peak' open house. Because she has such a strong social media following and we were actually able to sell before first open home! Karen had exceptional communication skills. Any questions or concerns I had would be answer almost instantly and I was impressed with her knowledge and experience. I felt that I was in the loop the whole way through the process and trusted her to give me honest advice. Her enthusiasm was contagious and she even ensured that we could communicate about the sale of the house whilst I was overseas! Not only did Karen sell my house more quickly than I could have ever expected she went the extra mile to get a fantastic price!
