Ivana has been very helpful throughout the entire process of selling our investment property. She was very open, honest and realistic about what was achievable in the current market from the first time I spoke to her and we are very happy with all her efforts. I spoke to a couple of agents prior to contacting Ivana and felt like they appraised the property too low. Ivana was the only one who was willing to put in the effort to achieve the price we were hoping for. Overall, amazing experience with Ivana and we highly recommend her and the agency.
