Tenant Secured Before Settlement – Exceptional Property Management from Brant Cooper!

We recently built an investment property in Kalkallo, a growing suburb in Melbourne’s north. As the house was nearing completion, we started looking for a reliable Property Manager who could not only find quality tenants but also take good care of our investment property. A friend recommended Brant Cooper from Bombay Real Estate, and after speaking with him, we decided to appoint him as our Property Manager. Looking back, we are extremely pleased with that decision. Brant successfully secured suitable tenants for our property even before settlement, which was particularly impressive in such a competitive rental market. Since we were unable to travel from Sydney, Brant also managed the entire handover process on our behalf. He conducted a thorough inspection of the property before handover, identified a few issues, and worked closely with the builder to have them rectified promptly, ensuring the tenants could move in as scheduled.
