I recently bought a property through Martha at Bondi Realty. It was a 5 star experience every step of the way. Martha is very warm, friendly and engaging and her communication is professional, clear and transparent. Martha has high integrity. If she said she would do something, she did and her communication with me was direct and honest. I felt Martha was trustworthy from day one and she was. Her entire team are friendly, efficient and professional. I know that Martha had gone above and beyond to help the owner prepare the property for sale. She offers amazing service to both owners and purchasers.

Martha was excellent to work with from the initial engagement phase until the conclusion of the sale. She had comprehensive knowledge about sales in my property's area and used that knowledge to successfully price my property for a fast sale at a good price. Martha had good contacts in the home decor area which I used for preparing the property for sale. The work was performed well and in an efficient and speedy manner. Martha was a pleasure to work with and was always accessible and helpful in all our interactions. I would highly recommend using Martha to any potential vendor.

As managers of my mother’s property for over 15 years, Martha and her team, have excelled in the service they have provided. I would recommend them as friendly and efficient and willing to support owners in their dealings with clients. When offered the chance to sell mum’s property, Martha was incredibly active and showed great knowledge of the market, resulting in a good result for the sale.

A very good price was achieved for our old unit in Birriga Rd, thanks to the steady hard work by Martha and Melissa of Bondi Realty. They were always available to communicate with us and kept us regularly updated about interest in the unit and how they were following up enquiries. Highly experienced, Martha really 'has her finger on the pulse' regarding properties in Bondi and nearby areas, and we highly recommend her.

Martha and her team sold our property and achieved a great price. We were able to sell ahead of auction, which was a relief. I've used Bondi Realty before, and would definitely use them again. Martha particularly impressed me with her 'round the clock' dedication to getting the job done. I saw the times on her emails ranging from 6:30am right through till late Sunday nights. Martha; you did it again!

Martha and her whole team are great to do business with. And they worked really hard to get me the best possible sale price. Martha was determined to get it over the line, without accepting lower offers. And she always answers the phone! I’m delighted, and will use them again should the opportunity arise.
