Matt was wonderful right from the first phone contact. Always kept us informed and returned our calls. Very knowledgeable about the local realestate market. Advised us on what to do and what was not required as far as spending money on the house. Very easy to talk to and down to earth. Sold the house before it was advertised! First class operater
I first spoke to Matt about gauging the market value of my house and he got the price exactly right. He then proceeded to sell the house within a week. His honesty , communication and commitment was first class. He took time to regularly explain how the sale was proceeding, so I was at ease during the whole process. The staff that he works with were also very professional and friendly. Highly recommended!
