I am a first time renter and had only little knowledge in terms of leasing. The stellar service delivered by Samantha Collins was second to none, she was clear and honest with the property and provided me with detailed knowledge on the demographics of the property and the unit itself. She explained the process in acquiring my tenancy pack all while maintaining COVID-Safe guidelines. Was fast to reply and always had a thorough explanation and answer for any of my concerns and questions. I would highly recommend doing business with Boris Property, coming from a background of customer service I can say I am fully satisfied. Samantha’s customer service and organisation skills were efficient and executed perfectly, the key and what had opened my eyes was the open lines of communication and constant follow ups and reassuring information provided by Samantha, not for a moment did I feel ghosted or unsure, this is all due to Samantha’s communication. If there was another star option I’d add another!
