Following weeks of searching for properties with no response from emails other than application links, finally I received a return email. surprisingly it was within a very short time of sending the request for information. I had emailed in excess of twenty agents regarding property rentals in south Canberra. Liz Elliott from Boris was not only the first response but 6 weeks later still the only one. Liz went out of her way to arrange inspections at less than convenient times for her. Moreover, Liz Elliott and Sharon Maiuto made the process efficient and uncomplicated. I am both a tenant and a landlord, I would highly recommend Boris. They are honest and forthright about your requirements as a tenant and have the best interests of both parties.
