Great Team @ Boris
Finding a rental property in Canberra was turning into a nightmare until we met Samatha from Boris. She went above and beyond to show us the property and was very prompt in communicating with us. In fact everybody we have dealt with at Boris Property have been really great and helpful. After securing the property we have found them to be very prompt in dealing with issues. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very happy!!
Boris and his team could not have been more helpful. We were renting for the first time in 25 years... everything was happening 2 days after Christmas and they took our calls and answered every question we had... which were alot. We had several unique requirements and special requests and the team at Boris answered them all. Top, top service!!

Great experience
Upon submitting my application I was pleasantly surprised that the property manager reached out to me FIRST to enquire if I wanted to proceed with my application once she had reviewed it. She was flexible to meet my time constraints for inspection and has been absolutely great in assisting me through the rental process. My encounter with another colleague of hers was very pleasant and respectful. She was flexible in taking my time constraints into consideration. Overall the agency went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire rental journey. I’ll gladly recommend Boris to anyone needing a new home. An awesome rental experience.
