Boris has now helped us with several property matters. He is courteous and professional and gets the job done. Our last two sales through him were particularly tricky. One was selling a luxury unit off the plan (which he did within several weeks making a very nice capital gain) and the other was to sell another unit with in a few weeks to free up capital for the purchase of our dream home (which he also did and did really well). While Boris was the listed agent we mainly dealt with Lee-Anne Radstaak (who also manages our rental property). This was the sale of our first house so it was a somewhat daunting experience for us, however as usual Lee-Anne was attentive to any of our concerns and queries, and was always a phone call or message away. Her down to earth nature and wealth of experience really helped us to promptly identify what needed to be done to get ready for market, and equally as important, what was unnecessary! ie where we could get most value vs time vs effort, which was especially critical for our tight schedule. Boris has been an excellent real estate agent. Even from a buyers perspective. He showed Sonia, my wife and me a nice apartment in Barton, honestly pointing out all the features of the home to us. Next day we met him again for a relook and after an hour we made an offer to him to present to the seller, which was accepted. After seeing our Solicitor, we requested another pre exchange detailed inspection which too was promptly arranged by Boris. And today we have exchanged contracts for final settlement on 13th. January 2023. Such quick progression from first look to one step short of settlement for an apartment costing more than a million dollars speaks for the efficiency of Boris and his straight dealings. Both Sonia and I are sure with this kind of honest approach, he and the company he leads, should go way further than where they are at present. Our best wishes to Boris and Team.
