We first rented a property with Boris as the property manager. We learned then that he and his staff are absolutely excellent. So, when it was time for us to sell our property we went straight to him . As expected, he and his staff were great. They are very up-front about everything, they are very easy to work with, and everything is made easy. We have dealt with realtors in several countries and never have I met a better one than Boris. Can't recommend him too highly.

I've had the pleasure of working with the team at Boris for a number of years now. They initially managed an investment property for me, getting me a 10% increase on the rent I was receiving from the previous agent, as well as helping manage some renovation work in the process. nothing was ever to much trouble. They kept the property tenanted for a three year period with quality tenants and no stress on my end. I can also recommend them as a fantastic sales agency. It was a tough campaign but they never gave up- securing me a price that far exceeded my expectations- once again nothing was too much trouble. Boris and his team including Lee- Anne and Sarah have been outstanding, when the time comes for me to re-enter the Canberra market- this will be my first call.

Boris is a highly proactive, driven, ethical and creative marketer of units and houses. He manages to do the impossible. It has been decades since it was possible to buy and then sell units while still off the plan in Canberra but Boris pulled it off. We made a nice profit and can now pay of some of our debts.
