Steven and his associate Sandra successfully sold my two bedroom unit with the minimum of fuss, whilst achieving a price above my expectation. The commission was clearly explained to me and implemented exactly. We agreed on a timeline and advertising strategy and the sale was made within these parameters and with minimal disruption. They were able to arrange photography at the unit along with some minor painting extremely quickly and for a reasonable price, allowing us to have the first and only open house within 10 days of our initial discussion. Communication was easy and they responded quickly to any queries I had. The overall service was excellent and I would use them again if the opportunity arose.
