Tony spent time understanding what we wanted, then clearly laid out sale expectations and a timeline that he could offer. The marketing and communication has been very professional. Although he didn't promise to have our property under contract before Christmas, he indicated it was realistic, laid out the steps he would do and worked to achieve that. Most impressive about Lee are his communication skills and commitment to his work. We had to conduct our business across the country with a three hour time difference though this was not a problem for Lee.
