Nicola was extremely helpful when I was buying a place over the internet sight unseen. She was always responsive to emails and calls. She spent considerable time showing me the unfamiliar surrounding suburb over facetime. Because of her excellent service and care, she reduced my stress level significantly. When I finally saw the place it was exactly as she had described. Nicola was upfront and extremely easy to deal with.
