Successful sale in Covid times
Steven was professional at all times. His communication was prompt and respectful. Steven took care of some issues with the apartment (eg electrical), saving me time and money. The apartment sale was complicated by Covid issues and the resultant drop in Perth real estate value. However, Steven persisted until he found a byer for the apartment.

A flawless and enjoyable experience!
My husband and I were first home buyers when we met Steven and Sandy. We felt like Steven went above and beyond, educating us prior to putting our offer in and being totally transparent through the journey. When we sat down to put our offer in, Steven made us feel so comfortable, like we were old friends, and didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured in any decision, he just offered solutions to our problems/questions and made us feel totally at ease. He educated us more on the whole process than our broker or settlement agent did. We feel extremely lucky that we crossed paths with Steven and Sandy, and even luckier than we had such a flawless experience buying our first home. Thanks again for going above and beyond for us!
