About Tolga

As founder and director of Boutique Property Agents, I launched the agency with two priorities in mind. The first was to specialise in the sale of inner-city apartments around the Hyde Park precinct. Secondly, to deliver a level of customer service that is second to none. Since opening our doors in 2016, our business has become one of the most trusted and sought-after agencies for Sydney’s inner suburbs and CBD. Excellent professional service

I needed to sell a couple of properties in Sydney CBD as an executor to a will, so I wanted someone who would take point and get things moving efficiently, speedily and also would get the best price. Tolga managed all of those things and more. Within a couple of weeks of listing the properties were sold. Tolga took care of everything along the way, communications were excellent and timely and I always knew what was happening and when.

I already have a rental property with Boutique Property Agents and I have been very impressed with the service so it seemed natural to use them for the sale of my home. Beyond helpful and friendly

Tolga went above and beyond to help facilitate the sale of the property to me. He helped me negotiate a lease on incredibly reasonable terms so I could move in before settlement and was a great conduit between me and the sellers who were living overseas. I have no doubt he acted in the best interests of both parties and it was win/ win for everyone. Buying a house is very scary but Tolga made it so much easier. Really appreciated it.
