JOHN did a very good job overall in selling our unit at a difficult time in the housing market. He communicated with us regularly to keep us up-to-date with progress and interest shown at open home day. It’s not an easy time for real estate agents. Market knowledge and experience is what was required. Also, John did an important task thoughtfully in selling us a market expectation by first doing full research and presenting the facts to us from which we were able to set a comfortable price range that was achieved during the sale. Prior to sale John was also very hands on in suggesting improvements to be made, a mini renovation I called it, to modernise the unit which in the end did assist the sale. We also opted for digital staging which was well supported by the agent saved us money and provided prospective buyers with the best of both worlds; seeing the unit with and without furniture. One suggestion for improvement would be to inform vendor well in advance of final inspection day and time. The real question is “would I engage John again to sell a home for me?” and that answer is a definitive yes.

Thomas came to our property with a clear plan - he discussed our priorities and goals with us for the sale and worked diligently and flexibly towards a sale. We valued his communication throughout, particularly once the market took a big external hit from international factors and we had to re-evaluate our position; Thomas adapted well and worked with us to reset our strategy and identify our options.
