Excellent Service
Dean went above and beyond what we expected. He managed to sell our house in 2 months that had been on the market for 18 months before we gave it to him. Dean is an agent who thinks outside the square to get his client a result. I have no hesitation in recommending him .

Communication was excellent & Prompt, also very experienced in the Real Estate Market
"Communication is key for us. We're based in Melbourne, and Dean assisted us with multiple purchases in Phillip Island (two hours away). His knowledge of both the local market and the broader Victorian market is sound — he was across properties from the north of the state to the south east. His building knowledge is also very current, and his experience meant he gave us plenty of useful feedback. He also showed us properties we'd normally have dismissed, but with a different lens they turned out to be great buying opportunities, whilst also receiving a good result for the vendor — a genuinely mutually beneficial sale, which isn't always the case.
