Boutique Residential, especially George, had helped us to achieve the price above our reserve, they did this by giving many advices and great communications and they are very persistent in getting the best result for their customers. Not to mention that they also managed the property’s rental for us over year and a half and found great tenants and held regular inspection and timely repairs which kept our property in great shape for sale.
