We first met James when he sold us the Manly property (for a very good price for the previous owner). He struck us as a friendly and knowledgeable person. We consulted him occasionally over the years about the market because we always found him to be very honest and accurate. When it came time to sell we chose James, after reviewing several agents, because of his market knowledge, competitive pricing and his genuineness. Throughout the campaign we were impressed by his professionalism in the conduct of the process and in his feedback to us. He achieved a very-good price for us, well ahead of time, but very-much inline with his initial market appraisal. We intend to use James again when we next deal in property.
