The purchasing process was seamless. Just a really nice experience to take us smoothly into our new home. I am a little envious that they weren’t my agents when I sold my property. Their customer care, even for the buyer, is impeccable. Highly recommend. Thanks Chris, Matt, Gavin, Tarnia and the team.

Chris and his team at Belle North Lakes are fantastic to deal with . After Selling and buying through the agency in the last few months , we have been totally impressed with their first class service. A pleasant change from the usual high pressure model of other agencies on the Northside .

We were extremely happy with our experience with Belle Property North Lakes. Chris Bowmaker and Gavin Peterson were very professional and helpful in their dealings with both ourselves and the prospective buyers. They worked hard to achieve the best possible price for us in an unpredictable market. The support staff should be commended in ensuring everything went smoothly. We would definitely recommend them to anyone considering selling their property.

The agent and team were very profession. They were very friendly and always available for questions and any concerns that we had. I thought that they were honest with us also and not misleading in any way and importantly they were encouraging and always kept us informed with progress reports.

We highly recommend Belle Property. Chris and his staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable handling our sale. Everything ran smoothly and there was nothing they had not thought of. They listened to what we had to say and advised accordingly. They went out of their way to help and were very prompt to reply to any questions. We will definitely be getting Belle again to sell our other property down the track. Thank you to all the team! Michael & Maria

My experience with Belle Property North Lakes was a 5-star experience. Chris and his team have always conducted themselves in an exemplary manner and have supported me along the way. Nothing is too much to ask and the entire team goes above and beyond for clients. I have bought and sold a number of houses over the years and on each occasion that I enlisted this agency, the transition has been stress-free and easy. Moving house is not a simple task but I know that when I completely trust my agent, the transition will be seamless. I would say that Belle Property North Lakes are by far the most trustworthy and committed agents in North Lakes and I would highly recommend that if you are thinking of buying or selling, give them a ring.

We have recently bought and sold our house with Chris. He was full of confidence from the first meeting and he has already had a long career in North Lakes and has been in charge of a lot of houses. He is well aware of the real estate flow in this area and has moved strategically in guiding his clients. His team members are also very active in their duties and have executed their responsibilities reliably and quickly. We sold our house at a reasonable price in this current market and bought a new house at a price we were quite happy with. Chris has shown himself to be an expert with experience and any issues we had were quickly solved by simply leaving it to him!
