In summary - very satisfied and impressed with Damian Smith and Bowman and Company. The task of selling a house and putting it up for auction can be long and personally draining. You need to be guided by a process and have good communication throughout the process to get the result you expect. Damian excelled in all aspects. - Advice on how to best present the property (we would have done more but in the end it would have been unnecessary. - Communication was excellent. - Punctuality and meeting preparation - excellent. - Outlining the process - excellent - Weekly review and feedback and buyer profile updates - excellent. - Knowledge of the local market - excellent - Cheerfulness and articulation - excellent. Anything could have happened on auction day and we (sellers) were aware of this. If we could not have sold for the price we wanted we would have been disappointed - but we would have had little to come back to the agent on - as we were ready and prepared for any and all eventualities. The agent (Damian) was confident and we were more than pleased with the result. It was a lot to go through but we were helped and assisted greatly - throughout this process by the agent we chose. Very happy with the service and the professional approach from Damian and Bowman's.
