Buying and selling with Brad Airs

We found brads knowledge invaluable during the period we were looking for our new property. We ended up buying a property that was listed with Brad Teal and were very happy with the process. Brad has kept in touch with me for a number of years and following our purchase we were very happy to meet with Brad & Liz to discuss selling our home. We found there market knowledge to be very extensive and we listed with them. They gave very good advice on how best to show our home, this I feel resulted in a very popular sales campaign. We had excellent numbers at all our open houses resulting in a very well attended auction and some very spirited bidding. We are very happy with the sale price of our home, I think this is in some part due to the very reel expectations set by Brad & Liz during our sales process.
